ABP Best Home Care Agency has an immediate opening for Full-Time Bi-Lingual Russian/English speaking Assistant to Program Coordinator to join our Team .

Responsibilities included but not limited to; - Assist the Home Care Program Coordinator in order to ensure that the program is delivered in a best possible manner to accommodate consumer needs

Main Activities

  • Ensure that care is provided according to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations and approved schedule
  • Ensure that Home Care Workers (HCW) are properly trained to administer at home care, monitor and evaluate all assigned tasks and resolve any conflicts that arise.
  • Schedule work assignments with regard to HCW training and experience
  • Coordinate Case Management- Take referrals as offered and assign cases with cooperation with RN.
  • Provide all required documentation for Payroll/Billing as scheduled.
  • The ideal candidate will have superior organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, self-motivated, punctual and reliable, proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office, very good people skills essential.

    Training will be provided to the right candidate

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
    • Experience working in an office setting.
    • Flexible attitude and good judgment.
    • Ability and understanding of working with confidential data.
